A tertiary qualification or diploma is preferred but not essential.
Previous internal or external sales experience within the property brokerage, commercial real estate, rental office, flexible property space sector, or a related industry is preferred but not essential.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
The successful candidate must have experience with Salesforce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Liaising and engage with customers to understand their office space requirements.
Working closely with all teams within the company to ensure that clients are serviced and provided with accurate information ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new tenants.
Recommending appropriate serviced office solutions based on client needs, budget, and location.
Providing ongoing support and maintaining and growing relationships with clients.
Handling both inbound and outbound business opportunities.
Preparing quotations for clients, as well as building and maintaining relationships with tenants, workspace managers, landlords, and property owners.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
