Job Summary Cyborg Digital is looking for a Client Liaison Manager to join our team at Mooikloof Business Office Park. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, thrives in a people-first environment, and has the ability to bring order and clarity to a fast-moving digital marketing agency. This position is not about sitting quietly behind a desk. It's about being the human connection between our clients and the technical teams building their campaigns. You'll be the first point of contact for questions, updates, and concerns, ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and confident in our process. Key responsibilities Act as the main contact for a set of clients across different industries. Handle daily communication: emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls. Translate marketing language into clear explanations for clients. Ensure tasks are passed accurately to campaign managers, designers, and copywriters. Track deadlines and project status to prevent bottlenecks. Support reporting and ensure clients understand the results being achieved. Skills and qualities we value Communication excellence: You must be able to write and speak clearly, whether it's a short WhatsApp update or a detailed client email.
