Client Liaison Consultant

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Liaison to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth, positive experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
Communicate client feedback and requirements to relevant internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
Support the sales team with new client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition.
Monitor client accounts and key performance indicators to drive retention and growth.
Resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during client engagements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a client liaison or client-facing role (preferred).
Proven experience working directly with clients, ideally in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
Knowledge of sales techniques is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R6000,00 - R14000,00 per month
