Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in administration, project coordination and client liaison
Experience being one step ahead of all processes for projects
Excellent administration and time management skills
Computer literate and excellent attention to details with checking of figures
Strong communication liaison skills with a track record of building excellent customer relationships
Ability to use initiative and think on one's feet
Fast paced and with ability to respond timeously with follow ups required
Must have own vehicle and driver's license
Duties and Responsibilities:
Professional Client liaison and coordination of follow up processes
Constantly during the day updating the Manager as to exact detail on production processes of various orders to meet deadlines
Liaison with Production Manager
Communicate with clients and management to ensure all timelines are met
Use initiative if deadlines are delayed, liaising immediately with management
Assist in solving queries
Double check that orders are accurately documented and communicated
Attention to details checking of figures
Overseeing the Documentation process, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are completed
Working at a fast pace with project coordination and liaison with various parties on timelines
Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones with management
* General administration and any PA requirements for management
