Job Summary
Our client, a leading 5-star hotel in Doha, is seeking a Conferences & Events Sales Manager to join their high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and secure business for conferences, meetings, banquets, and social events
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event agencies
Prepare customized proposals and event packages that meet client needs and hotel standards
Conduct site inspections and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients
Collaborate closely with the operations and banquet teams to ensure flawless event execution
Achieve and exceed personal and departmental sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM tools
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years' experience in event or banquet sales within a 4- or 5-star hotel
Strong background in B2B sales and client relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Knowledge of hospitality software systems and CRM tools
Experience in the GCC hospitality market is an advantage
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus
