Our client, a renowned luxury safari company with award-winning lodges and a global client base, is seeking a Client Experience Expert to deliver world-class customer service from booking to post-travel follow-up.
Description
The Client Experience Expert ensures guests receive seamless, personalised service before, during, and after their African journey.
You'll manage pre-trip communications, assist with documentation, handle changes or special requests, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
You will also play a key role in enhancing client relationships, promoting additional experiences, and ensuring that every guest returns home with memories that exceed expectations.

Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in a customer-facing travel role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with booking systems (Bazaruto advantageous)
  • Passion for exceptional service and attention to detail
