Job Description

The Client Experience Expert ensures guests receive seamless, personalised service before, during, and after their African journey.



You'll manage pre-trip communications, assist with documentation, handle changes or special requests, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.



You will also play a key role in enhancing client relationships, promoting additional experiences, and ensuring that every guest returns home with memories that exceed expectations.
