The GDS division is Metasoft's professional consulting arm, delivering feasibility studies, funder outreach, and grant-writing support to nonprofits in education, healthcare, social services, environment, and the arts.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of Grant Development Services - the Client Delivery Manager plays a dual role -- overseeing the client relationship and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest professional standard. This position is central to coordinating multiple client engagements, aligning internal teams, and maintaining GDS's reputation for excellence in delivery.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with excellent communication and client engagement skills, thriving in a fast-paced, fully remote consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end timelines and deliverables for active client engagements.
Coordinate research, writing, and quality-assurance teams to maintain delivery standards.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong engagement throughout each project.
Conduct milestone reviews and oversee post-engagement feedback processes.
Prepare and maintain reports on project progress, performance, and client outcomes.
Support internal scheduling, onboarding, and workflow improvements across the team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in client or project management within consulting or nonprofit environments (experience valued over formal credentials).
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered.
Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
Excellent writing, reporting, and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Reliable self-starter who performs well independently in remote settings.
