Job Description

Law For All views the position of Policy Admin agent as someone who is compassionate, friendly and professional. Responsible for attending to all client care, member service, complaint, enquiries, call transfers, etc. Referring telephonic calls to the correct departments, providing the necessary services to the public in portraying a positive image and attitude. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsibilities



(Duties as set out below is not limited to same, any reasonable request made by LAW for ALL or demands that the office might require will be the responsibility of the policy admin agent to comply with and/or attend to)

? Answer courteously to inbound and outbound call as well as respond to clients inquiries.



? Attending and assisting clients with policy administration queries as follows:



? Update of client's personal information



? Update/ change banking details / debit order switch instructions



? Cancellation of policies



? Attending to payment and deduction related queries



? Sending fulfilment packs to clients



? Sending group scheme policy queries to our corporate department



? Attend to PTP's



? Attend to any other Policy Administration function



? Attend to any reasonable instruction from the employer.



? Assisting with Ad Hoc policy administration requests from management and/ or executive level



? Transfer of call and other forms of communication to the relevant department



? Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client's exception through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.




MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



Grade 12



2 years' working experience in a contact centre environment/customer service environment



Must have qualities such as honesty and integrity,



Must be fully bilingual in two South African languages of which English should be one,



Must be fully computer-literate and have good communication and administration skills,



Computer literate, excellent communication skills and initiative,



Excellent team player,



Ability to work without supervision,



Positive and motivated individual
