Trafalgar's East London branch is looking for a driven, dynamic & proactive candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Client Accounts Administrator.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, possess great attention to detail, and work well under pressure to join their vibrant team.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Collection of outstanding body corporate & HOA levies
Reconciliation of accounts & allocation of payments
Daily management of arrears
Achieving 24h turnaround time
Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Prior experience as a debt collector essential.
Paralegal experience advantage
Legal secretary experience advantage
Accounting knowledge added advantage
Understanding of the Debt Collections Act and procedures an added advantage.
