Employment Type: This is a paid part-time role (approx. 100-120 hrs/month), with compensation ranging between $700- $900 per month, depending on experience and performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage 5-7 client accounts (primarily DTC eCommerce) from onboarding to quarterly strategy reviews
• Act as a strategic partner for clients -- anticipating needs, solving problems, and offering insights
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and technical strategists to deliver high-quality work
• Review Klaviyo campaigns, QA assets, and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Track performance and prepare concise, results-focused reports

Requirements
Who You Are

• 1+ year managing client accounts or projects (agency and eCommerce background preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Proactive and dependable -- you own your work from start to finish
• Comfortable with Klaviyo, Slack, Google Workspace, Trello/Notion -- or a fast learner
• Able to work 3-4 hours/day within CET core hours (10am-2pm or 3pm-7pm CET)

Bonus Points

• Experience with email marketing strategy or content creation
• Comfortable interpreting data and communicating insights
• You know how to stay on top of things without needing hand-holding
