This role is for a Client Account Executive that will support the Business Consultants that are focusing in the property sector and, their clients, to move funds in and out of South Africa. This role will report to the Regional Property Team Manager

Your daily adventures include:

  • Work with the Business Consultants to deliver the annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets in coordination with the companyxc2xb4s sales strategy to ensure sustainable growth and business development.
  • Effectively handle client referrals from real estate agents to help the clients move their funds into or out of SA.
  • Develops and maintains a strong business pipeline of transactions and expands on activities.
  • Responsible for generating and closing a consistently high level of sales opportunities with clients by identifying needs, developing FX relationships, and providing appropriate FX solutions and services.
  • Assist in introducing clients from the point of enquiry to trade completion by facilitating registration, gathering KYC documentation and managing the client to the point of "trade readiness"
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the other support teams in the business in order to ensure that the client is offered the best possible service.

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) as well as excellent phone manner with an effective ability to cold call
  • Bilingual English and Afrikaans would be advantageous
  • Committed to targets and deadlines
  • Willing to go extra mile
  • Must have a very high level of motivation and commitment
  • Team player willing to work within a small team
  • Open, friendly and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Organized with excellent diary and time management skills

  • Display gravitas & emotional maturity & confidence to influence and persuade and lead and guide at all levels
  • A relevant business/legal qualification
  • Sales experience in the property industry would be advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial experience would be advantageous
