Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/Senior Certificate is essential.
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative environment will be an advantage.
Knowledge of reconciliations will be an advantage.
Accurate working ability with attention to detail is essential.
Good communication skills.
Must be willing and able to work variable shifts and overtime.
Own transport.
Valid driver's license will serve as preference.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Word; Excel; Outlook)
System Orientated.

Duties and Responsibilities
Accurate data capturing onto spreadsheets and systems to ensure all records are up to date.
Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the weighbridge office.
Ensuring all vehicles are weighed and recorded in and out correctly.
Maintaining logs of all weighbridge activities and transactions.
Effective communication between weighbridge and production.
Reconciliations to ensure required documentation correspond and to avoid any discrepancies.
Proper filing of all documentation.
