Responsibilities:
Job Overview:
Attend to the customer orders placed by telephone, mail or personal calls. Administer Sales Orders. Deal with customer queries. Must have good knowledge of the organisation's products.Capture sales orders on the System (SAP)
Check controls
Billing of invoices
Create interplant POs
Complete daily reports - No order reports
Attend to customer complaints
Qualifications: Grade 12/NQF 3
Diploma/Degree Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
Experience: 1-2 years in Sales/ Marketing
SAP experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Basic Numeric Skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Task Orientated
Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
