Responsibilities:
Job Overview:
General administration of all required warehouse functions.Continuously review Admin, systems and procedures to optimise and drive productivity
Daily processing of all screening/sweeping
Daily processing all rework product received
Print, bind and distribute HACCP & prod booklets spreadsheets/copier
Reconciling and auditing of all HACCP books
Checking for daily breakages and issuing stock to be reworked
Daily stock counts and stock control
Perform All SAP stock movements to Production
Backup function for warehouse controllers to perform good receipts.
Place gas and Chep orders for the plant
Continuously review Admin, systems and procedures to optimise and drive productivity
Ensure all invoices are stamped and signed and comply with the proof of delivery (PODs) requirements
Manage set performance objectives and maintain individual staff performance
Develop monitor and adapt KPIs to address operational and performance requirements
Stock control and management - reporting required
Qualifications: Accounting Diploma/Degree
Computer Literacy
Microsoft skills -especially Excel
Accuracy
Eye for detail
Good communication skills
Able to take initiative
