to join our dynamic Wool processing environment. This is a key role responsible for accurate lot number allocation, data capturing, quality control, and administrative support.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
1-2 years' experience in data capturing, admin, or inventory control
Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and data systems)
Bilingual ( Afrikaans and English)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Willingness to perform ad hoc duties and support operational needs

Key Responsibilities
Allocate lot numbers and maintain clip data received from Administration Clerks.
Ensure accurate and consistent farmer descriptions across all systems.
Update bale marker recording sheets after each Fibre delivery.
Maintain sample records and submit documentation to the Wool Testing Bureau.
File clip worksheet boxes and update stationery inventory regularly.
Perform general housekeeping and support Health & Safety standards.
Support internal teams and assist with truck checking during peak seasons.
Ensure 100% accuracy in all documentation, including system entries and physical records.
