Job Description

Ensure the accurate and timeous completion of all administration functions required from the role
Support the maintenance and management of quality management systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 and integrated HSECQ systems requirements
Assist with management of the document control systems
Assist with audit programme (internal and external) and related Assurance activities
Maintain safety systems ISOMetrix.Net, Sharepoint, Portal and SAP DMS
Support the maintenance and Management of the HSECQ framework, Standards, Legal and other requirements.
ISO 9001 Auditing management systems
ISO 9001 Understanding and implementation of quality management systems
About you: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
Experience in Quality Management Systems
Good knowledge of HSECQ systems
Computer literate including SAP knowledge
Attention to detail and good administration skills
