Job Description

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Admin) within the Financial Services division at Mbombela, Mpumalanga.



Responsibilities and Duties:

Administrative duties relating to insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries and Hospital Authorisation Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Services Division, including preparing documents, and processing correspondence General client services and capturing of data Constant liaison with client/brokers and logging of communication Maintain the CRM database


Qualifications and Skills:



Matric / Grade 12 At least 5 years' experience in the Insurance Industry (advantageous) At least 3 years' work experience in an administrative position Computer literate (proficiency in Excel, CMR software and Microsoft Office suite) Strong leadership skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills Hard working, conscientious and energetic
