Cleaning Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the cleaning industry. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license, strong knowledge of deep cleaning, equipment color coding, and the ability to conduct site assessments and quotations. You will be responsible for planning and managing onsite staff, training them on the correct use of cleaning equipment, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing cleaning teams across sites
Meeting client expectations and site targets
Compiling reports and overseeing admin tasks
Conducting staff interviews and daily performance checks
Pre-planning and coordinating operations
Using Microsoft Office 365 fluently
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
