About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Area Cleaner Supervisor

to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, coordinate cleaning teams, and maintain strong client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Supervise, motivate, and guide cleaning staff across assigned locations. Prepare duty rosters and assign daily cleaning tasks. Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Provide training and support to new and existing cleaners. Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventories. Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards at all sites. Handle client complaints and resolve operational issues promptly. Prepare daily/weekly reports on cleaning activities and staff performance. Assist with hands-on cleaning when needed and coordinate special projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

High school certificate / O-Level or equivalent. 2-5 years' experience in cleaning or housekeeping. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or team-lead role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machinery, and best practices. Ability to plan schedules and manage multiple sites effectively. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Basic computer proficiency (emails, reporting, attendance systems). Valid driver's license is an added advantage. Ability to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours when required.
