As a Junior Claims Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our claims management process, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of claims while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Claims Processing:

• Assist in the end-to-end claims processing, including data entry, documentation review, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of claims information, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

Customer Communication:

• Act as a point of contact for clients and customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on claim status.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain positive client relationships.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain organized and up-to-date claim files, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and stored appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members to compile comprehensive reports on claims activities.

Problem Resolution:

• Assist in the resolution of issues related to claims, working closely with senior consultants and other departments as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of efficient claims management procedures.

Compliance:

• Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to claims processing.
• Ensure all claims activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of insurance and claims principles is a plus.

Salary: R11 500 CTC Per Month
