Opportunity:
The Value Added Services division within TFG offers a host of insurance and non-insurance products to the existing and new TFG customers. These products can be taken up at a TFG Store or through Telemarketing onboarding processes. The Division also offers the support function of managing customer queries on behalf of the product.
The Administrator role supports the customer in effectively resolving their enquiries related to their product, in line with the specified and agreed-upon contracts, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing all customer queries within the specified timelines in line with the terms of the product or contractual agreement.
Increase availability in our inbound and outbound sharecall lines to drive service levels.
Assist customers with complaints and claims handling, as well as with the growing administrative functions within the department. * Liaising with our internal and external stakeholders in the resolution of the customers' requests.
Qualifications and Experience:
Must have Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent thereof - Essential
Have minimum 1 year's customer service experience - Essential
1 Year minimum Claims administration, and validation experience is a requirement - Essential
Be proficient in Excel, Word
Experience working on customer management systems
