Receiving and process technology-based claims from inception to repair or pay out status. To engage with external customers with regards to tracking and processing of insurance claims and other related administration, in accordance with policy wording rules and compliance modelling. Receive and respond to incoming internal and external calls in a professional and efficient manner. Investigate claims by contacting the relevant client to obtain outstanding information and/or documentation to assess the claim. Assess claims to determine whether the device on which the claim is based, will be repaired or replaced. Process active claims timeously.
