About the role
Supervise and monitor the claims administration team performance andxc3x82 welfareDuties and Responsibilities

  • Authorise claims all types of claims.
  • Ensure that all submitted documents meet the requirements.
  • Prepare for payments.
  • Link and reconcile payments.
  • Keep records of staff attendance register.
  • Liaise with clients and handle queries.
  • Prepare monthly statistics.
  • Prepare for the annual audit.
  • Compile and produce monthly reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
Requirements
  • South African unemployed YOUTH aged between 18 and 34
  • Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
  • Matric
  • Certificate of Proficiency II/ National Diploma in Businessxc3x82
Administration. * Computer Literacy
  • Team Player
  • Numerical understanding.
  • Diligence.
  • Customer service.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Everest system/ Everest.net knowledge.
  • Leadership Skills.
