A diversified infrastructure development company based in Morningside, Durban. We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team.
Qualification:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Pr. Eng Civil Engineer
Experience and Skills Required:
- 10 years of experience preferably in construction industry
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Deadline Driven
- Must work well independently and within a team
- Computer Literate
- Design Calculations
- Design Sketches & other related information to enable accurate detailing
- Key understanding of Geotech reports
- Preparation of concept and prelim designs suitable for estimation purposes
- Project development from concept, construction management, commissioning, and training
- Oversight and value engineering of consultant designs
- Oversight of civil construction
Local and international travel may be required
