As a Civil Engineer, you'll lead the planning, execution, and supervision of civil works for both solar and infrastructure projects, including roads and stormwater systems. You'll ensure that project delivery meets expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and budget, while aligning with all applicable standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and construction of civil infrastructure and PV installations.
• Supervise on-site works, including roads and stormwater systems.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure technical compliance.
• Monitor project progress and resource allocation.
• Enforce adherence to environmental, legal, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Education: BTech or BEng in Civil Engineering.
• Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in infrastructure and civil construction.
• Minimum 5 years on Solar PV projects.
• Professional Registration:

• Advantageous: Pr. Eng or Pr. Tech registration with ECSA.
• Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of relevant specs and construction methods (e.g. GCC, FIDIC).
• Independent and confident in managing on-site teams.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations.
