Job Description

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Bellville, Western Cape.
Role: Civil Engineer Infrastructure Design
Industry: Engineering & Infrastructure Development
Level: Intermediate to Senior (48 years experience)
Key Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
48 years of post-qualification experience in civil infrastructure design
Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer
Proven proficiency in CAD software and other infrastructure design tools
Solid understanding of South African building codes, standards, and infrastructure principles
Experience in executing detailed engineering tasks including calculations and testing
Strong background in project coordination and management
Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices
Proficient in MS Office suite
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Innovative thinker with the ability to propose creative solutions to complex problems
Demonstrates leadership qualities through mentoring and guiding junior engineers
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
