Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership: Lead and manage construction crews to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Scheduling & Task Assignment: Create daily work schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance.
- Site Operations: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with plans and safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure the correct use of PPE and machinery.
- Resource Management: Manage tools, materials, and equipment for optimal site productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship to meet project and client standards.
- Communication & Reporting: Act as the liaison between site workers and management; compile reports on time, materials, and budget usage.
- Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and mentor construction workers and apprentices.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain workflow and morale.
