Are you a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction site management? Our clients are seeking skilled Construction Foremen to oversee and coordinate daily site operations -- ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
As a Construction Foreman, you'll play a vital role in leading teams, managing resources, and maintaining quality and safety standards on site. You'll be the key link between the construction crew and management, driving progress and performance through effective communication and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership: Lead and manage construction crews to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Scheduling & Task Assignment: Create daily work schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance.
- Site Operations: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with plans and safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure the correct use of PPE and machinery.
- Resource Management: Manage tools, materials, and equipment for optimal site productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship to meet project and client standards.
- Communication & Reporting: Act as the liaison between site workers and management; compile reports on time, materials, and budget usage.
- Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and mentor construction workers and apprentices.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain workflow and morale.
