Job Introduction:
IziSecure (Pty) Ltd is a leading security provider committed to safeguarding valuable assets and ensuring the safety of our personnel. We are seeking highly dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as CIT Guards/Gunners.
Main Responsibilities:
As a CIT Guard/Gunner, you will play a critical role in the secure transportation of assets and the protection of our crew. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Vehicle and Asset Protection
Crew Escort Services
Adherence to Schedule and Situational Awareness
Professional Demeanor, Bearing, and Public Relations
Loading Bay and Transaction Procedures
Expertise in Bulk Cash Centers
Disciplined Conduct
Requirements:
PSIRA & CIT Certification. * Valid Driver licence.
Firearm Competency with Business Purposes. * At least 2 years of experience in the CIT Sector
Demonstrated commitment to security and safety.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to act effectively, fast, and accurately with a personal weapon.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Punctual and reliable.
Willingness to undergo a Truth Verification Test (Polygraph Test) if required.
Health and Safety

• Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch/region/national safety plans for each year.
• Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks
• Report all safety incidents to the relevant peopleDiscuss all safety incidents on all levels
• Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management
• Attend safety education and refresher programmes
• Comply with safety policies and procedures at workplace
• Distribute safety information as and when required
