Cinematographer position available in Johannesburg.

A Cinematographer is required for a media agency in Johannesburg (Office Based: Daily Commute).



Salary: R30 000 - R40 000 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Craft and execute dynamic video edits to captivate target audiences and accomplish project objectives.
+ Interpret the script and develop a visual style that aligns with the story's tone and mood.
+ Selecting the appropriate camera and lenses for each shot is crucial for achieving the desired look and feel.
+ Work closely with other team members to develop concepts, storylines, and overall video production strategy.
+ Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, visually compelling video productions.
+ The ability to adapt to unexpected situations and find creative solutions is important.
+ Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
+ Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field. Portfolio of completed film productions. * Extensive experience working in the film industry.
