C&I Construction Manager - RustenburgOur client, operating within the mining industry seeks a C&I Construction Manager to oversee multiple Control & Instrumentation (C&I) and Fire Detection/Suppression projects at Smelters. The role involves control software upgrades, hardware replacements, and system upgrades (Profi-bus/Asi to Profi-net).Requirements:Matric (Maths & Science) + Engineering Trade/Diploma/Degree in Construction Management.5+ years' experience in Construction Management (Mining/Processing).Strong MS Office & MS Projects skills.Valid driver's license & own vehicle.Technical & Leadership Skills in project execution, work delegation, and commercial decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Manage project initiation, planning, execution, and close-out per SIB guidelines.Oversee fabrication, construction, and commissioning within scope, time, and cost.Conduct risk assessments, quality inspections, and contract management (NEC, AP42, etc.).Ensure compliance with SHE requirements and the Mine Health & Safety Act.Lead site teams, contractors, and stakeholder engagemenFor more information please contact:Welma
