Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap Lead architectural decisions across platforms, systems, and data infrastructure Own and oversee data engineering strategy, including pipelines, analytics, and scalability Partner closely with business and commercial stakeholders to align technology with outcomes Ensure platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and performance-optimized Lead, mentor, and grow senior engineering and technical leadership teams Oversee technology delivery, timelines, and technical risk management Support executive-level decision-making from both a technical and commercial perspective

Requirements

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a CTO Strong background in data engineering and data-driven architectures Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure Proven ability to align technology strategy with business and commercial objectives Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale environments Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and modern development practices Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
