Co-Founder Position for BuildEase -- Construction-Tech Startup in SA
BuildEase is tackling one of the most chaotic industries in South Africa: residential construction. We've already validated the concept through interviews with contractors, architects, and homeowners frustrated with delays, misquotes, and zero project visibility.Our goal is to digitize the full end-to-end build process -- from quoting and contractor matching to project tracking -- the same way Uber made ride-hailing idiot-proof.
South Africa's construction market is worth over R100B, with no dominant tech layer. There's a clear gap, and we're moving to fill it.I'm looking for a technical co-founder with full-stack or AI/ML capability to lead product development and own the tech roadmap from day one.
