Job Description

This role is for candidates who are passionate about finance risk. The client expects you to have a good understanding of risk across the bank and keep up to date with relevant frameworks and policies. This is an extremely senior position that requires the candidate to have worked as a CRO at a bank previously. If you are successful, you will be exposed to top-level management.
Duties
- Communicate and maintain risk strategies and a risk appetite across the Bank.
- Oversee all risk profiles and provide leadership, challenge, and analyze risk and reward.
- Manage relationships with and regularly assess the requirements of the Board Risk Committee, and Executive Committees.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic risks-related projects and risk transformation agendas.
- Commitment to rigorous stress and scenario testing of the Banks business and material risks to ensure a sufficient level of risk mitigation is in place.
- Design and motivate risk models to support the Banks risk management strategy.
- Country Risk Management Framework and Governance.
- Monitor and manage credit, market, operational and liquidity risk.
- Credit Risk Management & Non-Financial Risk Management.
- Local and global risk regulations.
- A relevant Honors or Masters qualification within the business and risk frameworks.
- 6 - 8 years of Comprehensive Risk Management in Financial Services
