Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Project Credit Risk Management
Supervise the credit risk assessment process in relation to projects, including recommending changes to loan conditions and facilities and restructuring of proposals
Review risk assessments in project due diligences
Review and submit credit reports
Risk and Compliance

Requirements:

10 + years of Comprehensive Risk Management in Financial Services, specifically in Development Finance would be an added advantage.
Masters Degree in Commerce and/or Economics, CFA, MBA preferable in Corporate Finance, Accounting,
Commercial Law or equivalent qualification
Relevant Post Graduate Qualification (advantageous)
At least 10 years relevant financial or investment banking experience with emphasis on Credit Risk, Legal Risk, Enterprise Risk, ESG, Compliance and Post Investment Monitoring.
Practical application experience of the Public Finance Management
Relevant Board level experience
Excellent working knowledge of relevant legislation: Companies Act, King Code, FIC, NCA, PFMA, FAIS, OHS.
Analytical and financial acumen
