Requirements
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least ten years progressive experience in Revenue management, Sales or Business development, preferably within the Fintech, Payments (card and electronic), or Banking industries.
- Revenue management, Sales or Business development, preferably within the Fintech, Payments (card and electronic), or Banking industries
- Extensive experience of Africa and how different legislation, payment industry and banking solutions operate
- Proven track record in sales and revenue growth as a sales/revenue leader or in Marketing leadership, with a focus on generating revenue through effective strategies
- Sound financial analysis skills and ability to interpret data to make informative decisions pertaining to revenue growth
- Strong background in IT (software development)
