About the Role The COO will design and implement operational systems that enable rapid scaling, oversee occupancy acceleration, manage teams, and ensure financial and operational performance. This role requires urgency, extreme ownership, and the ability to deliver measurable results from day one. First Mission: Achieve 100% occupancy across 258 units within 6 months.
