• Extensive experience in an IT leadership position, preferably as a CIO or similar role.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, architecture, and emerging technologies.
• Proven track record in managing cybersecurity protocols and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and team-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the recruitment, staffing, or service industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Ability to align technology initiatives with the long-term strategic goals of the organization.
