Hold the highest professional pilot licence related to the flying training courses conducted;
Hold the rating(s) related to the flying training courses conducted;
Hold a flight instructor rating for at least one of the types of aircraft used on the course;
Have completed 1,000 hours PIC flight time of which a minimum of 500 hours shall be on flying instructional duties related to the flying courses conducted, of which 200 hours may be instrument ground time;
Have extensive experience in training as a flight instructor for professional pilot licences;
Significant experience and knowledge in the production of educational content (manuals, assessment tools, written examinations, etc) for pilot training;
Thorough understanding of the legislative administrative requirements and experience in processing training administration documentation for an Aviation Training Organisation;
Previous experience as Chief Flight Instructor for an Aviation Training Organisation will be an added advantage.
