Chief Financial Officer

Lexdan Select is assisting a Fleet Management company with their search for a Chief Financial Officer, based in Pretoria.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Manage the yearly budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the whole company.
Provide leadership and direction for the finance team.

Requirements:

Completed bachelor's degree in a Finance-related field.
Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), or equivalent (e.g., CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 8 years in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
