Temporary role for a 7-month period with potential to work as CFO in one of the entities within the Lumine Group once 7-month period in NetEngage is completed. Salary: R1.2 million to R 1.6 million per annum Requirements: Proven experience in a senior financial role. Bachelorxe2x80x99s/Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Job Spec: As the CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, driving the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization. Responsibilities: Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Financial Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting to inform decision-making. Present financial performance to the board and executive team. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organization's assets. Implement effective internal controls and compliance measures. Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs. Monitor and manage working capital efficiently. Investment and Capital Management: Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities. Manage capital structure and financing strategies. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with other executives to align financial strategies with overall business objectives. Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
