Lets make some deliciously smart moves together - globally!The purpose of the role will be to oversee the finance function of group. Oversee system controls and standards. Ensure the timely provision of group reports for management. Ensure that all accounting functions are accurately and effectively fulfilled.Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Stabilising finance operations and project "clean up"
• Financial reporting
• Financial planning and analysis
• Budgets and forecasts
• Consolidated annual financial statements (local and foreign)
• Tax and VAT (local and foreign)
• Audits
• Internal controls
• Working capital management (debtors and creditors)
• Oversee and process payments
• Compliance
• Mergers and acquisitions / due diligence and valuations for strategic business growth

Education Requirements:

• Qualified CA(SA) essential

Job Requirements and Skills:

• Completed SAICA articles essential
• Relevant post-articles experience within a financial management position
• Business and commercial acumen
• M&A and due diligence experience
• Foreign currency experience
• Complex consolidations experience
• Experience within the leisure and travel industry beneficial
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Sage / Pastel Partner systems experience
• Deadline driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
