My client is the arm of a multinational group. They offer financing, leasing, and mobility solutions to both retail customers and dealerships.
The successful incumbent will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide decision-making and optimize resource allocation. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory authorities. Providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making, investments, and business development initiatives. Leading and developing the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Driving process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of financial operations.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- 8-10 years post articles experience
- Financial services background experience
- Proven track record in building and leading a team
