As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our partnerships in the corporate wellness and insurance sectors. Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our business goals. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the CEO and executive team. Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Monitor performance against financial targets and identify areas for improvement. Operational Management: Lead all finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Capital Management: Manage the company's capital structure, including fundraising, investor relations, and cash flow management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is highly preferred. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the tech industry. Strong understanding of financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team. Experience with fundraising, mergers, and acquisitions is a significant plus.
