Mix and prepare chemical formulations according to strict specifications. Manage production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance. Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate production records. Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement. Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or inefficiencies. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Support inventory and raw material tracking.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years' experience
in a manufacturing environment (chemicals or personal care preferred).Matric (Grade 12)
or equivalent required. A qualification inChemistry, Chemical Engineering
, or related field is a plus. Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Why Join Us?
