Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to menu and portion standards.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
Follow HACCP, health, and safety standards.
Rotate stock using FIFO principles and manage deliveries.
Assist with service periods, menu planning, and minimizing food waste.
Support the kitchen team and follow standard operating procedures.
Requirements / Skills
Previous experience as a
Chef
.
Strong culinary skills and attention to food quality and presentation.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Physical stamina for kitchen duties.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively.
Own transport preferred.

100% compliance with menu and recipe standards.
Minimal food complaints and consistent meal quality.
On-time preparation and service.
Full adherence to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Correct stock rotation and proper use of kitchen equipment.
