breakfast, lunch, and dinner
service, while also assisting with
functions and events
as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Maintain consistency, flavour, and presentation across all menu items.
Assist in function and event catering when required.
Ensure all food preparation and storage areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team.
Support the Head Chef in daily operations and menu development when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef in a busy kitchen environment.
A passion for Mediterranean flavours and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Sober habits and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
Willingness to assist in different outlets and functions on the estate.
