Duties & Responsibilities Leading the daily kitchen operation to deliver high-quality meals and service Designing menus that balance creativity, nutrition, and cost-effectiveness Managing stock, suppliers, and ordering to maintain excellent standards and budget control Coaching, supporting, and developing a motivated kitchen team Ensuring full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies Building great relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
Skills and Competencies Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or similar leadership role A passion for fresh, flavourful food and a strong eye for presentation Confidence managing budgets, stock, and rotas Excellent people skills-calm under pressure and able to inspire a team Strong knowledge of allergens, food safety, and kitchen compliance A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
