Maintaining strict food safety standards and kitchen cleanlinessTeam Leadership:
Motivating staff and maintaining an efficient workflowOperational Oversight:
Ensuring all catering activities run smoothly and professionallyApplication Requirements:
Must be
very experienced
, able to cook professionally, and knowledgeable aboutspecial diets
(especially for the retirement sector) Must be aninnovative thinker
